COOKCOOP was originally our small book store in Shibuya that specialized in food books. Taking inspiration from the wide variety of books on cooking and food culture, we took those recipes and ideas and made them into a cafe. Designed like to kitchen and garden of a professional chef’s home, COOK COOP CAFE features fresh fruits and vegetables and home-cooked dishes. For those who live far away from their childhood home, COOK COOP CAFE is a place in the city that you can always come back to.
COOK COOP CAFE Shinjuku
Marui is a women’s fashion and shopping center in the Shinjuku entertainment district. Located on the 5th floor and surrounded by casual apparel stores, COOKCOOP Shinjuku Marui was designed in collaboration with a famous flower shop and features plants, flowers, and wooden elements throughout. The menu stresses healthy yet delicious foods made from fresh vegetables, whole grains, and other natural ingredients. Our famous french toast often create long waiting lines, so come early!
COOK COOP CAFE Kawasaki
Kawasaki is a suburb to the south of Tokyo and also a large city in its own right. Many families come to live here to escape the daily bustle of central Tokyo and to enjoy the slow life. Located in the Atre shopping center on a casual fashion floor, COOKCOOP CAFE Kawasaki is a relaxing place to spend some time while shopping. COOK COOP BOOK is a tasty book store that specialized in books about food and food culture and is also an event space / cooking school. Not limited to just recipe books, we feature a wide variety food travelogues, food photography collections around, and novels that celebrate food culture. We also offer baked good and fresh coffee to enjoy while browsing. Cooking events and other lessons are held daily.
